Return Policy
At Slyce Studios, we are committed to creating high-quality, unique 3D printed items that you'll love. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the unique nature of 3D printing, each product is technically a one-of-a-kind creation. Minor variations in color, texture, and the presence of layer lines are a natural part of the printing process and are not considered defects.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our policy below.
1. Standard (Non-Custom) Items
For standard, non-personalized items (e.g., pre-made Cinderwing3D models in standard colors), we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
Options: You may choose between:
A full refund to your original payment method.
An exchange for another item of equal value.
Store credit for the full purchase price.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Items Damaged in Transit or Defective
We carefully inspect and package every order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a significant manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Action Required: Please email us at sales@slycestudios.com with the following information:
Your full name and proof of purchase (i.e. an order number).
A clear description of the damage or defect.
Clear photos showing the damage to both the item and the packaging it arrived in. This is required for our records and any potential claims with the shipping carrier.
Resolution: Once we verify the damage or defect, we will happily send you a replacement at no additional cost to you. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund, including any original shipping charges.
3. Custom & Personalized Orders
Items that are custom-made or personalized are not eligible for returns or refunds. This includes, but is not limited to:
Products with custom names, dates, or text.
Models printed in a custom-requested color, size, or material not listed as a standard option.
Any unique designs created specifically for you.
Why? These items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold. We invest time and material into your unique creation, making it a final sale.
Exception: If we make a mistake on your custom order (e.g., misspelled name, wrong color sent), we will gladly replace the item free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item.
How to Initiate a Return (for eligible items):
Contact Us First: Please email our support team at sales@slycestudios.com to request a return authorization. Include your name, proof of purchase (such as an order number), and the reason for the return.
Await Instructions: Do not send items back without first receiving authorization and return instructions from us.
Package Your Item: Please pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging, to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back: Ship the item to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
